Return Policy
The customer has 14 days to request a return. Since the product is custom-made, we can only accept returns in the event of manufacturing defects. In any case, we are always available to assist customers with any needs.
Shipping times
Product production takes between 1 and 3 business days. Once the product is shipped, the customer will be provided with a tracking link.
